Introducing Our Categories

Volunteering takes many forms, and every contribution matters. Whether someone volunteers through an organisation or supports others informally in their neighbourhood or community, we encourage nominations in the category that best reflects the difference they make. Every act of kindness, commitment and community spirit helps make Rushmoor a stronger, more connected place. 

All nominees will receive a certificate of recognition for their valuable contribution and be invited to the awards ceremony 10th November.   

Young Volunteers 

Young volunteers will continue to be recognised as part of the awards. Rather than creating a separate award category, the nomination form will include an option to indicate whether a nominee is under 25. This will enable young volunteers to be highlighted during the awards ceremony and within the awards booklet, while recognising their contribution alongside volunteers of all ages.
