Equipment Loans to Support Community Events. 

Rushmoor Voluntary Services have five gazebos and two event shelters available for use by our members.

Cost: We require a £50 deposit to secure the booking. This is per booking and not per item hired.

Hire Period: Bookings can be made for as long as you need the equipment subject to availability. 

Booking: You will be asked to complete a booking agreement and pay the deposit to secure the items you require.

We will supply you with the gazebo, pegs and instructions. The gazebos and shelters are shower-proof, but not suitable for very windy or heavy rain conditions. Equipment needs to be collected from RVS at the Council Office by you.

You will need flat ground to pitch the gazebo.
