Are you caring for someone who needs your help due to a health condition, disability or frailty? Are you concerned about what will happen to them should an emergency arise?
Make An Emergency Plan. The Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Hampshire will provide you with support to discuss, develop and implement an emergency plan. Up to 48 hours care may be available for the person you care for in the event of an emergency.
This plan can not cover planned events, pre-planned operations or a pre-arranged hospital admission.
