The Source has 3 main ways in which they currently help local young people:

- Personalised 1 to 1 Youth Counselling – offering you a chance to talk with a Counsellor.
- Community Mentoring – a trusted mentor to offer a listening ear and to help you work out your next steps.
- Support Groups – these include:
a. Workshops during school holidays supporting wellbeing through physical activity, relaxation, giving to others, and learning new skills

b. Young Mum’s support.

About The Source Young People's Charity

The Source is a charity committed to supporting young people aged 11-25 years in Aldershot and surrounding areas who are struggling with their wellbeing or mental health. They prioritise support for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people who may not receive the support they need and aim to build their confidence, resilience and self esteem, enabling them to live healthy, happy and fulfilled lives.
