Volunteers’ Week – A Time to Say Thanks – from 2nd to 8th June 2025

01/05/2025

What is Volunteers Week?

Volunteers Week is a UK wide week-long celebration of volunteering, championed by the UK Volunteering Forum. It’s a chance to recognise the fantastic contribution volunteers make to our communities and say a big thank you to them all.

Here is what South Central Ambulance Charity have to say:

Without volunteers, SCAS and the NHS would not be able to function. Volunteers are the life blood of the system, normal people going above and beyond to help others in their hour of need. We want to celebrate them more and thank them as much as possible.
