Dial A Ride
Rushmoor Dial-a-Ride and Fleet Link
‘In line with Government guidance’, we are pleased to confirm that the Dial-a-Ride & Fleet Link services re-started on Monday 12th April for local journeys. Transport for the vaccine 2nd dose and medical appointments (not hospital), is also available subject to capacity and demand. Contact us to book your journey:
We operate two local door-to-door bus services using buses which have been specially adapted with handrails, low steps and wheelchair lifts. These are ideal for anyone who finds it difficult to use the ordinary bus service.
The service is available to anyone who has a mobility or sensory impairment which means that they are unable to, or experience difficulty or discomfort in, using bus services.
It is not necessary to be registered as disabled. You might, for instance, have difficulty walking to the bus stop either temporarily or due to a longer-term issue. We can accommodate wheelchairs and scooters too.
Our team of drivers are very experienced, very professional and very friendly. They are happy to assist you to the bus and back to your door, if needed.
It is necessary to register before using either service.
Please call 01252 398451 if you have any questions.

What Does it Cost?
The costs vary according to the destination. We charge £3.20 for a return journey within your area, e.g Rushmoor and Fleet, and £5 return for the venues further afield.
Concessionary Bus Pass holders travel for a reduced price after 09:30 am. Due to the door-to-door nature of the service fares may be slightly more than a standard bus but are much cheaper than a taxi.
If you have an essential escort (e.g. to push your wheelchair) they may travel free. You will need to state this requirement on your registration form and explain why the escort is necessary.
In order to maintain social distancing on the buses we have removed most of the seats and are carrying a reduced number of passengers.
We are regularly cleaning the buses and will provide you with your own seat cover.
Passengers are required to wear face coverings whilst on the buses – unless exempt – and to pay by contactless payment, if possible.
We are happy to discuss our health and safety arrangements in detail and assure you that your safety – and that of our drivers – is our priority at all times.
