Door - to - Door Bus Services
We operate two local door-to-door bus services using buses specially adapted with handrails, low steps and wheelchair lifts, for anyone who finds it difficult/impossible to use the ordinary bus service.
You don’t have to be registered disabled, you might, for instance, have difficulty walking to the bus stop.
The number to call to book your ride
To book a ride on either bus service, Rushmoor "Dial-a-Ride" or Fleet Link, call:
What does it cost?
Concessionary Bus Pass holders travel for half price. Due to the door-to-door nature of the service fares may be slightly more than a standard bus but cheaper than a taxi.
If you have an essential escort (e.g. to push your wheelchair) they may travel free. You will need to state this requirement on your registration form and explain why the escort is necessary.
You need to register. Click here for a registration form (PDF) or call 01252 518090.
Complete the form and return it. Once you have been notified that you are registered, you can call the above number to make a booking. The call centre staff will do their best to give you the pick-up time you request, although this is not always possible.

Where can I go?
All journeys must be pre-booked but then you can go anywhere within the Rushmoor area. On certain days the buses go to places outside the normal area, e.g. The Meadows Shopping Centre in Camberley.
We regret that we cannot take you to hospital/doctor appointments or day centres
