Rushmoor Voluntary Services operates the Rushmoor and Hart Community Transport Scheme. We have a range of accessible minibuses available for hire to member organisations. We have a range of fully accessible buses with up to 16 seats.

The hire cost of each bus is £1 per mile. This includes all running costs. (Minimum Charge - £20)
We may be able to provide a MIDAS trained driver from our pool of volunteer drivers - a £10.00 charge is made for this service.

MIDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme)
It is a requirement that all drivers of RVS minibuses hold a current MIDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) Certificate. Drivers must be over 21 years and held a licence for 2 years. If you are over 70 years you can drive a minibus providing you have obtained a medical certificate and have requested a D1 to be retained on your Driving Licence.
